UX/UI Design gives me the opportunity to create streamlined and endearing products that people WANT to use. I love creating useful designs and UX gives me the unique set of skills needed to create beautiful designs that not only have a purpose but are backed by the users who informed their creation.
I am currently focused on designing educational experiences and expanding my knowledge of accessibility standards in UX/UI.

Background
I recently graduated from General Assembly’s UXDI Immersive course and now I’m working my way through Google’s UX course. Before getting into UX/UI I was working as a calligrapher, which was a fantastic experience but not the career I wanted to settle into. About a year ago I discovered UX design and it was the career I never knew I wanted! After studying psychology and art in college I hoped I would find a job that incorporated a bit of each and UX/UI is just that.
